Anyone have a definitive list of redshirts for this season? Sorry if this is an old question, but appreciate the info.

I think he named the players who did not redshirt. Hence, why he listed that Blae's did not redshirt, so I think he was right.

The participation report for the kansas game lists #6J Blaes. Obviously it should either be #6J Scales or #66J Blaes. On the call in show before the kansas game, Chizik said that he was redshirting 4 OL. Either he forgot about one of the assumed 5 redshirt OL or one of the 3 FR or 2 Juco OL is not redshirting.

If he played, then he is evidently a bust. I was hoping that he got a RS and he and Alvarez (along with the 3 FR) really turn up the competition this spring.

Does anyone know if Tate is getting a medical RS? Also, it kind of seems like a waste to have played Cameron Bell this year.

It was a waste to have Phillip Bates play this year, oh wait he got in like once a game and I'm sure everyone knows what he did everytime he was in...ran the ball. I think his total yardage for the year was negative 25 haha, prolly off a little bit on that but that's what it seems.

If I was the other team, I would have keyed on him EVERYTIME he was in there because he always got the ball when he was in there it seemed.

Evidently you didn't watch many games this year because Bates played quite a bit. He also had 5 catches for 78 yards on the season and without him we might not have won the Iowa game. I know you said you said you probably a little off but seriously.

Well he was talking about rushing the ball not receiving, and he actually wasn't too far off on his rushing.. he had -16 yards on the year. That was one thing that confused me when we brought in Bates, it seemed like 90 percent of the time he was in it was a designed run for him. For those to work we need him to be a decoy some plays, catch the ball some plays, pass the ball some plays. Not just strictly running the ball because it wasn't hard for other coaches and players to catch on to that!

So back to the original question, does anyone have the definitive red shirt list for this year? I'm confused at this point.
Thanks.
