For me it's the Miami Heat.
1. Generally undersized with no dominant post presence
2. Run a fast paced spread offense
3. Tend to play to their competition, give up leads, and pull out wins in the 4th quarter
4. Hard to match up with because of their quickness and ability to hit outside shots
5. One of the top scoring teams in the NBA - we are at the top in NCAA
6. One of the top assisting teams in the NBA - we are at #1 in the NCAA
7. They are inconsistent because of their defense. Since they lack a large post presence their defense is dependent on their athletic ability and active hands that create turnovers. If their effort level is not 100% they give up a lot of points. However if they are at 100% they force a ton of turnovers which turns into transition points.
8. Pretty weak when it comes to rebounding
9. If they are hitting outside shots and their defense is clicking they are almost unstoppable
10. The Big Three score most of their points, our big 3 are Ejim, Kane, and Niang
Their main difference that I can see is their depth. The Heat are DEEP.
Anyway I follow the NBA and I know Fred watches the NBA more than the NCAA so I wonder if he gets some of his strategies from NBA teams.
