What's the best opening track of an album?

My fave album of all time. Enough technical chops to keep it interest But still very catchy.

Not to mention the Polaris outro they close the album with is f’ing sick.

Rust in Peace come in at #4 on my top 50,000 albums of all time list, behind.....

The opening track to Sparkle and Fade by Everclear makes me start rocking out no matter what.

This is such an underrated album, top to bottom. Post-grunge masterpiece.

"Walk on the Ocean" from Toad the Wet Sprocket's Fear album is a great start to one of my favorite albums from my college days

"Drunken Lullabies" from the album of the same name by Flogging Molly rips the bandaid off right from the start.

Makes me think we could expand this topic to best combo of side 1/side 2 openers, for us old-school LP-oriented geezers.

"Let's Go" and "Night Spots" comes to mind for The Cars "Candy-O." ... I wouldn't put Let's Go as a go-to starter by itself, but in tandem, it's a different story.

"Hells Bells" and "Back in Black" another 1/2 killer.
