what would have been a good rapture joke

a group of friends and i were chatting rapture last night and one dude came up with what would have been a great idea to prank people.

if you live in a small community (like i do at the appalachian center for craft), get everyone there to leave for a day or two and just leave one full outfit of clothing on the sidewalk, or in your home, or in your office as if you had been taken but your clothes were left behind. then tip off the local media to investigate.

a ghost community of people taken by the rapture. as people are love to jump on bandwagons and believe anything they are told i have no doubt this would create a media/social frenzy.
