Webster City Ham

A relative had one of these for Thanksgiving and I liked it, so grabbed one at Fareway for Christmas. Wow what awesome hams! Nice smokey taste and not salty tasting at all.

I'd never heard of this brand before, but they make a wonderful product!

I worked in that meat department years ago, ha ha! I believe the ham actually comes from a local locker called "Custom Meats."

We had one tonight, it was excellent. As far as holiday hams go it is at or near the best ever.

Cook to internal 125°. Any warmer it will start to become dry. You may go over 125° but it is a gamble after that point.
