That was a brutal quarter, one of the worst all year and yet we don’t feel the need to call a timeout. I do not understand!

14-0 run. Really a uninspired half. Seems like since they are not calling anything, we therefore drive the ball, get stuck, and have to make a wild shot or pass as a result. Or throw in a low percentage entry to Audi. And we KEEP DOING IT.

I coached 7th grade several years ago and could do a better job at figuring out what we need to do. This is painful! Seriously. Next year could be super painful as many may enter the transfer portal. It's sad.

Normally I agree with you or see that point of view, but this has been too ugly to say it’s anything but coaching. There should’ve been two timeouts minimum taken, and we shouldn’t leave Kelsey and Emily on the bench while a run takes place. Not many fouls in this game honestly, maybe one or two annoying calls but really nothing egregious.

I think Bill deserves all the the great things and has done so many wonderful things for our school. But it’s also weird if we aren’t acknowledging that it might be time for a change…..

I don't know how anyone can defend Bill and his attitude of letting them play through it. Call a frigging timeout to at least try to regroup. When it went south on offense we just quit playing any defense. Probably time for this season to end but absolutely have no reason to think next year will be any diiferent.

Yep, until we get way more athletic we are not ever going to reach the next level as a program and if we don't there is a very good chance we will regress (which seems like the way the program is heading). WBB is a different game these days.

And who is responsible for putting the players in the right position? And who is responsible for coaching the players when they are out of sorts? Throwing your hands up in a win or go home game is unacceptable. An embarrassment of a quarter not just for how poorly the team played, but for how poor the leadership was - from the adults in the room.
