Could definitely play in the big 12 just not good fit on a bad big 12 team. He has his limitations but an athletic shooter can always have a role. I would of liked to keep him during the transition. We will need shooters fast.

Wish Tyler all the best.. loved his hustle.. but he’a just not a big 12 level SG.. Hope he finds a good home at mid major where I think he could excel..

With Hunter likely staying and Bolton as well, Harris wouldn’t have seen over 15 minutes a game.

Not too surprising, not sure playing in the big 12 was going to yield the min he wants. I bet he tears it up if he levels down
He'll be solid but I can't see him tearing it up. I've seen half a dozen small guards from mid- small majors over the last couple days that seem to be more well rounded. One of them plays for Drake. Tyler just suffers from Wigginton Syndrome. Shooting Guard trapped in a point guard body. Best of luck to him, he provided some exciting moments this year.

Expect Wigginton was a lot better player and he wasn’t even close to that short.

If TJ is as good at recruiting as we think, then he should be able to bring in an upgrade over Harris, so this should be a good thing.

Nothing against Harris, he’s a good player, I’m just hoping TJ can bring in someone that fits us better.

This is fair, but I would argue 75 percent of the roster needs upgraded over Harris who is probably only a 1 year commitment during a transition period even if people don’t want to admit it because other players are young

I would think if you were going to replace a guard with a guard you put a full court press on Carr from Minnesota. I'm hoping it's not opening a spot for either Grill or Jenkins.
