Dang. The way he coached in the bowl game I would have thought they'd at least keep him aboard

I was pretty shocked as well. I heard that he was loved as much by the fans as Leach was. He should be for what he had done with the defense since being there.

Too bad about Lincoln Riley...thought he did a great job in the bowl game. Also heard he's a very good recruiter.

Anyone know Lincoln Rileys background? He seems like a good up and coming assistant. I wouldn't mind having him as our WR coach if he's qualified as he would be a good candidate to groom as a future OC.

That is one area where I think our assistant coaching staff is lacking. There aren't really any young guys that Herman can groom as his eventual successor. If TH eventually does as well as I hope, I would like to have someone waiting in the wings to give us an easy transition.

I would hate to have to bring in a totally new system if TH leaves in the next few years.

Very surprised at this. Sounded like he was very much well received by the community. I'm sure Tuberville has exactly who he wants lined up allready.
