It all started just a year ago...

Mizzou wants to leave and join the big 10, wait the big 10 doesn't want them, they want Nebraska. Now Colorado wants to leave and join the Pac-10, ok we're fine without them. Wait hold on A&M wants to join the SEC and Texas/TT/OU/OSU want to join the PAC, wait hold on, no they don't, they like the Big 12 and it can survive as a 10 team league, we love it, hooray money and tv contracts! Utah wants to join the Pac! BYU wants to go indy! TCU wants to join the BE! Hooray everyone is happy!

One year later...

Surprise! Us aggies weren't really happy, we just really like the SECSECSEC! Well maybe we can get BYU? Are they interested? No they're not? Yes they are? No they're not? Yes they are. Pittsburgh is "firmly entrenched" and so is Arkansas. Maybe ND? OK, nevermind they don't want to join either. Ok now OU/OSU wants to join the PAC, now BYU is not interested. Maybe Mizzou will join the Big10, wait no they're firmly committed and in not talks with any conference. Ok now Texas and TT want to join the Pac too. Ok nevermind Texas wants to join the ACC, wait no the Big10, wait nevermind they want to stay in the Big12. Wait now they want to join the Pac again. Now Mizzou will join the Big10, nevermind the Big10 doesn't want them. Iowa State and Baylor to the Big East? Wait nevermind Pitt and Syracuse just joined the ACC? Ok now Mizzou is informally invited to the SEC? Wait, no they aren't, but maybe they still are, who knows. Ok Now the PAC-12 doesn't want anybody else. BYU wants to join now?

Phew. Seems easy enough, anything I missed?

anything I missed?

ISU is 3-0.
Winning close games normally would lose.
Getting votes in the Polls.
Beat Iowa in Triple OT.
Cy broke his arm.
Facing Texas in 10 days.
Win and should be ranked.

Or were you talking about something else....
