Beyond a unique coach, what are some other ideas on how ISU can architect it's football program to set itself apart from other programs?

I was thinking it would be ideal if we could hire a guy like Rhoads to just be involved with the program and players, but not be a coach. Could still help recruit, at practice, and at games, but their primary focus would be players and not wins.

But what are some other ideas?

New uniforms? Building high speed rail to recruiting hotbeds? Enclose Jack Trice?

Shark tanks may be a little extreme, I would start with hot tubs and go from there.

Also I think we should call our all white uniforms our normal home and road unis. That way when we wear cardinal tops and gold pants we can call it an alternative uniform and kids will think Iowa State is cool and want to come here.

lets to put jet turbine engines on each side of the visitors sidelines. For every score, first down, big third down play, we blast them from both sides like they are in a real cyclone. We can put another where they come out and blast their ***** across the field. They would be terrified of our place.
