wow - just wow. I probably served maybe 2/3 of those - but some of the others, are you kidding me?!?!
LOL at the New Jersey turnpike. That one has so many different names and is mandatory for a 21st birthday. It was the gorilla fart at Sips back in the day.
We sat around one night in college and guys tried to make the worst shots and see if I could take them down. There were some nasty ones involving hot sauce, lemon juice, may, rotten milk, eggs, but the worst one was cold Papa Johns garlic butter and vodka, that one almost ended it...

Notice how many of them have 151 in them. That stuff alone is enough to make you puke if you've already been drinking.

Some of those are not even correct. The four horsemen is Johhny, Beam, Jose, and Jack. And it is the number 1 nastiest shot ever.
