One thing I do like is that B-Bops has a tenderloin sandwich on their menu, so you also have that drive thru option. I don't think I've seen any other drive-thru tenderloin options.
Smokey D's has the biggest and greatest tenderloin I've ever had
I lived in Iowa for 21 years and will never understand the obsession with the pork tenderloin sandwich. A piece of the tenderloin pounded to a millionth of an inch thick, breaded and deep fried. You might as well just eat fried breading.

I haven't been for years but I'm pretty sure that Culvers has one as well.
You could easily split it with three people.. And for two sides and the tenderloin it's only 8 bucksI haven't had one but my son did and they offered to cut it in half and put it on two buns. So there's the answer for a previous question![]()
Also missing Ankeny Diner and Darrell's place in Hamlin.
Pepper's in Cedar Falls
Steamboat Gardens in Waterloo
Different, but excellent.
I think I am going to swing down to Ford's Pub and Grill in Eddyville tonight and give that thing a try. October is National Pork Month, so shove some thin, flattened pork in your mouth.
Call me maybe and I may be able to come over and feed my face as well. Si?
I wouldn't classify B-Bops as a tenderloin, more of a pork fritter.

Is the difference just the quality of the meat? Or the thickness? or ? I seem to remember Hardee's having pork fritters at one time. Maybe they still do but I never knew what the difference is.
