Jamie Dixon's hair alone warrants a FBI investigation. I'm pretty sure he uses the same barber as "Skinny Joe" Merlino. Joe is from Philly. Coincidence? Me thinks not.

So.....if I'm reading the article correctly, Self knew all along what Adidas was doing. He just didn't initiate it, or support it. ...

By didn't support it, you mean Self wasn't the one handing over the Adidas shoeboxes full of cash?

Just saying. Everyone thinks they are fine until they find out that they aren't. I live here in Omaha and have many friends who are Creighton season ticket holders and they are all stunned because they felt the same way about McDermott as you guys feel about Prohm. One actually joked at the onset of the FBI Investigation "well at least we don't have to worry about Creighton being involved."

The conversation was about TCU, you added Creighton. So we figured you wanted to change it to programs that cheat, so Kansas was added. If you don't want to air your dirty laundry, don't change the subject.
Post #1 of this thread, which was not posted by me, says "Creighton also included" but cool spazz out.

this is ugly. i am sorry ur program cheats
I have no problem with kids getting money from shoe companies. I think they should be allowed to receive it if the companies feel their basketball talents are good enough to warrant it.

Not exactly sure.

This there is a keeper. Think I spazzed out? You want to allow payment from shoe companies to push players to schools. Well, seeing how the KU streak ended when this all blew up, I can see how you want to go back to the old days of KU with an unfair advantage.

I guess if they are okay with taking that money into an NCAA pot and splitting it accross all athletes in all programs at all schools then have at it. Enjoy your 33 cents. Don’t spend it all in one place. Remember NCAA is not a professional platform and has to be fair to all athletes, hence us not having a baseball program anymore. Maybe those players would benefit going to The G league, overseas for a year, joining the globetrotters, or touring around the country playing in amateur tournaments then try their luck at the draft instead of using the NCAA to build their brand.

I am not injecting KU into this conversation about TCU and Creighton at all; you guys are.

Nobody invited you in here. You tried to implicate prohm because you think McDermott looked clean. That’s ********. If their are tapes of prohm they’ll come out. There’s already tapes of Self cheating.

Remember, this doesn't look like either TCU or Creighton paid any players to come there. This is about paying assistants bribes to steer players to sign with Dawkins agency when they leave school. So this doesn't really go to cheating. The coaches weren't charged with anything which makes me wonder if the coaches just pocketed the money and did nothing similar to the guy down in Florida did to Dawkins, Brad Augustine I think it was.

To my knowledge, this is not an invite-only forum. Feel free to utilize the "ignore" feature to block my posts if you cannot handle my participation here in an adult manner.

Look at the list of programs who have run into or who are about to run into problems with actual coaches so far. Arizona, Okie State, USC, Auburn, TCU, Creighton and LSU. Only Arizona is a "power" program.

Pointing out Prohm was an attempt to use an example that folks here are familiar with. That's it. By all accounts, Prohm seems to run a clean program. But that was the assumptions made by TCU and Creighton fans before this last round of allegations. I am not trying to sully ISU or Prohm, just shine a little different perspective on it.

Every fan base should stop assuming they are fine because the investigations are showing that it's not just the obvious characters doing these nefarious deals. It could be any fan's team that gets named next.

You conveniently forget Ku and South Carolina. Two more cheatin' bags, Self and Martin.
