Wow, I believe you can see blood on the pavement right by the car. I used to live a half block off of Jamboree Road too. No matter where he was, he was in a pretty nice residential area, and the speed limit couldn't be over 55 max. I am thinking it was 45. Many blind corners, and they run sprinklers at night. Many bad wrecks happen because of this.
