Switch for a Stereo

I am looking for a switch that would change the main channel sound on a stereo from the front speakers to the surround speakers. This not for me but for my father-in-law.

He likes to use his projector to show boxing match's. The screen usually is set up outside of the house and he recently put up speakers outside but they are hooked up through the surround channel.

The idea is to use his current stereo receiver and add a switch that would easily change the speakers back and forth.

Can anyone give me an idea of what to get or what to look for? I would prefer if it is something I could get at a physical store because I need it on Saturday.

Never heard of such a product. There is probably something out there but I didn't see anything on Monoprice and they have about everything.

How about buying some cheap additional speakers and just hooking them up and using a/b on the receiver.

It sounds like you need to move the outdoor speakers from the surround port to the B port. Most receivers that have come out in the past 10 or so years should have this option.
