lulz. You would have thought one of the SWAT supervisors would have been smart enough to try to make contact with a manager of the bank branch. Not only that, but wasn't it a dead giveaway that it wasn't an actual robber when they saw that it wasn't moving?

I'm sure the taxpayers in that area will appreciate paying for the damages caused to the bank by the SWAT team's ballsy offensive.
