Student Section Attendance

Over the last five seasons (since 2013), we are 10-22 at home and 17-41 overall. Our fans are ******* awesome. No one else with our record and history puts the butts in the seats that we do. Oh, and as long as the SEZ people keep donating, they can stay inside when it's freezing outside.

Gee - other schools have campus pep rallies on Friday or Thursday nights prior to games. We do it just once a season - Homecoming week.
You'd think before a big game like this Iowa State athletics would do something?

I don't know anybody that goes to the Homecoming pep rally.

So I'm watching the replay of the Wisconsin vs Iowa game. Their student section is half empty. Not kidding, the end zone is not even a 1/4 full of students.

I really admire our students after seeing that LOL.

Apparently, for a good share of them, it's tradition to arrive in time to do the jump around at the beginning of the 4th quarter and then leave.

I know a few students left after our punt with 3:21 to go in the game. Admittedly, I left too, but to go the press box and start my game recap.
