For those that trade options, what platform do you use? I used to use optionsfirst by scottrade, but they discontinued the service and told people to move to Interactive Brokers. I decided not to make the move because I didn't want to put $2000 into the account (options first only required $500). I am at a point where I may be willing to put more money in to an account. My only requirement would be for cheap trades and the ability to trade naked option contracts.

Thanks for any help!

Think or Swim with TD Ameritrade. Depending on how you trade you may benefit from the pricing through Tastytrade.com. Price is 1.50 a contract with no ticket charge. Just have to open your account through their link. They have streamlined getting permissioned for naked options as well. Interesting content on their site if you haven't checked it out before, especially the Market Measures segments.

When I was trading options, I was not extremely active, maybe only a couple trades a month. The big think for me is being able to make naked option trades, as I don't want to spend the money to cover them.

With think or swim, can you trade uncovered call options?
