Stats Comparison Updates through 1st 6 conference games.

I have updated the comparison of this year's stats to last year's through the first 6 conference games. I will update again after the 12th conference game, and then after the conference tourney.

I added some other categories to compare....PIP (Points in Paint), Off T/O (Points off turnovers), 2nd chance (2nd chance points), Fast Break (points off fast breaks), Bench (Bench points) and Attendance.

As before, all figures are averages per game. If the change number is in black, then the difference between this year and last is a positive number. If the change number is in red, then the difference is a negative number. If the differences are off by 0.1 either way, that is simply a rounding error.

I will make 2 posts. First here is listed the numbers for all games, for both the ISU team, and for their opponents. The next post will be for conference games only, for both the ISU team, and for their opponents.

True, but the stats say offensive production is better this year and defense is not, and I would say that is fairly accurate. We have been focusing a lot of offense as fans, but I think our defense let us down in the last two games.
