Spa in Ames

So my girlfriend wants a massage/spa thing for her b-day and i have no idea what a good place to purchase something like that in Ames would be. Anyone have a previous experience regarding this type of stuff? any help will be much appreciated.

There's a lady near Main St. who is phenomenal. She's probably in her 40s. I got a 90 minute massage from her and have never felt so good in my life. I think the place was called Avenues for Health.

The massage I got from Vickie occurred about 5 years ago, but I do recall that it was very firm/deep. I also like that style.

You should just get her one is Des Moines! I have been to both Salon W and Sahars. From experience I have gotten massages in both Ames in Des Moines and found the Ames ones to not be as good of quality for the price. Des Moines can be more expensive but worth it!

How hard of a massage does she like? I like deep tissue, hard massages, so the one I got at Ville Day Spa was way too weak. I prefer the gentleman at the Racquet & Fitness Center.
