Sirius/Xm rates going up

I've been more upset with the music since the merger of sirus/xm. Octane was my fav and with xm now on board it seems way more tame. Hardattack is gone and I"m still made - liquid metal is not even close.... and a few others have lost something. That more than any price increase is about to drive me away.

I think with the price increases, more people are going to drop their subscriptions, like myself.

I am dropping back to 1. I am not paying $30 a month for radio.

dammit, I love the internet streaming. I may have to quit unless the bargain with me.

I never figured out why people would want to pay for radio, when there's so much good FM stations and AM talk radio available. Plus throw in Ipod's and you can basically play any kind of music you want.

This doesn't bother me one bit as I've voted with my checkbook for a long time and never purchased...

Are there good commercial free FM stations where you are at that play and endless catalog of music?
