Some things probably better left not knowing... Dealing with mice is probably the worse part of owning a RV.
We fill up our camper every winter with dryer sheets tucked all over, including air vents, and bars of Irish Spring soap laying all over. Mice don't seem to like either of those things.

You know that they make taller doors…….. you can call it a tax right off also. Do the airplane bifold doors so you get even more height.

In order to put in a taller door I'd need to raise the roof. 10 ft ceiling but the hauler is just over 13ft tall with the roof A/C's

We tried those tricks and it helped some but didn't keep them completely out. Part of the problem was we'd park it between game weeks at a place that backed up to some woods so that probably invited them in some. We'd remove all the food from the RV, clean all the surfaces with scented cleaner, put scented dryer sheets in all drawers cabinets and even a few on the floor, started using Fresh Cab which helped some too. Sprayed Febreze everywhere and even placed a sonic repellant device on the floor and while all that helped we still would see signs that mice had been in between games the colder it got and especially over the winter when it was stored in someone's machine shed. This was a 1977 RV so I'm sure there were plenty of places they were able to get into because there was some rot and holes somewhere I'm sure.

One of the worst ones I found was we had cleaned it all up before the 1st FB game and on game day I noticed something stunk inside that previously had not smelled. The next day when I came back to clean it up and try to find the source I took the seat at the table bench off where the water tank sits under and found that a mouse has somehow gotten under that piece of plywood and died in the crevasse on top of the water tank. Probably had been there about a week or so if I had to guess but how it got into such a tight spot amazed me. We had mice get into the boxes our subwoofers were encased in that we would set outside during tailgate and probably made a few go deaf before they found their way out of the box, lol.
