Since Puddy is leading poll by a wide margin, I was thinking of favorite Puddy moments/lines (several already have been noted).
One of my favorites is he garbage disposal in the bathtub episode. Kramer calls Puddy, who appears to be sitting on the couch doing nothing, as if his sole purpose that day is to answer that call.
Puddy [staring into space, picks up the phone]: "Puddy."
Kramer: "Is David Puddy there?"
Puddy: "This is Puddy."
Kramer: "Well, this is Kramer."
Puddy: "I know."

That was Kramers friend Jay Riemanschnider (sp), he eats horse all the time. Bob Sacamano was once in a mental institution, he knows where to get some knockoff furr hats,had rabies once, he also went in for a routine surgery, now he sits by a window saying "My Name is Bob", I think he also worked at the condom factory that was responsible for the condom used in the episode in which George gets his pregnancy scare (with Chandler Bings eventual gf)
