I bought two season tickets for the first time this year. The ticket office sent an email about upgrading seats. If we don’t upgrade, then we just sit in general admission - is that right?

If you have season tickets , pretty sure they are reserved seat.

Just asking if you want to try to get better seats.

Also a first time season ticket holder. Next year when I renew, do we get first choice to move to better seats?

I don’t have wrestling tickets, but I purchased FB and MBB season tickets for the first time a couple years ago and WBB last year. If wrestling works the same way, the first year you have to select seats. In subsequent years, you get the email and can change seats, but if you do nothing, you’ll keep the same seats.

Just fyi that I cannot get into their system to see which seats are open, for maybe changing ours. It hasn't worked since I first tried mid-late morning. Keeps telling me this event has no seats available, etc.
Which is especially trying since they recently sent out email telling us they've opened up a lot more seating sections this year. I've emailed twice with no response. And yes, I've cleared history, signed out and back in, and attempted to choose seats in three browsers. It could be just me. Or maybe someone didn't make the right changes to the website.

Try calling the ticket office. They’re very helpful.

To tell them what I've already asked them about twice? While I'd feel better if I knew others were having similar issues, I don't have time to call and have them go through what's available so I can decide whether to proceed with different seats. Just let me see the seating chart for wrestling at Hilton.

I logged in at 1:30 when my upgrade time opened up just to see what was available. There's no way I could abandon my Section 113ers.
Did you get in?

For other sports, I’ve gone to cyclones.com, chosen my account, and logged in. You then get a screen that says your time for upgrades has been determined with a countdown clock. Prior to your designated time you have the choice to preview seats. After a couple of clicks you’re in.

To answer the OP: if you don't select your seats the first season you have them I'm guessing they'll be randomly selected for you based on your 'points'. I'd select them if I were you.

@Ms3r4ISU I had no problem accessing the selection site when it was my turn. There was nothing better than what I currently have so didn't change and haven't looked since.

I had to call the ticket office to select my seats, first time getting them as I was getting the error too when selecting. They weren't sure what the issue was but did get me seats, section 113 here.

My seat selection time isn’t until tomorrow, but when I log in to the cyclones.com site it tells me that I don’t have any tickets. Maybe I’ll just call tomorrow ‍♂️

I didn't look ahead of time, but I got the screen and countdown to days remaining to make changes. That's why it's frustrating now. I also tried in the app and couldn't find any way to select seats.

Yeah, I'm probably not changing either, but I really would like to be able to get in.

I always like to preview before my selection time. That way I can get my heart set on a great upgrade and then have my heart broken when it disappears before my time!

I get enough of that in football and men's basketball. Even happened with volleyball this year :)
