I understand that a lot of people don't like Ricky Williams. Neither do I. With that said, that was a really cheap shot by Lawrence Timmons.

I thought that on the first look. But I honestly don't think it was intentional. The ball was loose and at a 90 degree angle to the way Timmons was running. The footing was beyond crap on the field.

I think he turned to go after the ball, tried to pivot without looking.

Of course, I'm a Steelers fan and am skewed. But I did think it was bush until I saw the ball and full speed replay.

I agree, I don't think it was intentional. I can say that I was floored Ricky was running as well as he did. He was hitting the holes and running some guys over. That being said, I am sure he is much happier now following his favorite pastime.

This was my thought. It looked to me that the ball popped out and he made a cut to recover the ball. I don't think he looked to see where he was planting his foot. Probably just instincts and Ricky happened to be there.
