Replays

Why weren't most of the questionable calls replayed? In Big 12 play, we get the "previous play is under review" 5 times a game. It seemed the only time something was replayed was on a coaches challenge, and there were many plays could have been replayed.

its probably just me, but it seemed the game was taking too long. It seemed to me the refs were trying to speed the game up. which meant less penalties and not taking time to review things. but they still called penalties on isu, so im not so sure.
