RB from Independence (Mo) Fort Osage HS. 11.09 100m as a soph, junior track season was limited.

Wow, I know it's a highlight reel and all, but this guy looks legit good! Whether it's up the middle or on the edge, he runs like he's been shot out of a cannon. Serious speed.
What's his Rivals and Scoville rating?
Is it good when the camera man/woman cant' keep up with the running back?
If I counted right, there were only 4 plays in that video that weren't a TD, and two of those were tough receptions on not-great thrown passes.
My favorite play was at 2:40, where there were 3 DBs all within a few yards at one point with reasonably good angles. None of them laid a hand on Peppers.
