She is not going to be impressed by that

Your edit did nothing for me, I had to look it up! :)

I have not seen a battery powered device like that. I'm curious if they work and how long they run.
It’s for my back concrete patio and sidewalks primarily. All of my tools are Dewalt so it fits well for me. Just for quick 1-3” snow fall primarily.

McMaster Carr has something that might work as well. It's cheap, but you'll probably pay more shipping.

I'd be willing to bet there is something at Menards that'll work. I've also had really good luck with Ace Hardware having off fasteners and one off parts as opposed to the bigger box stores.

UPDATE (because I know everyone has been on pins and needles):

Took it down to local Ace Hardware. We looked at one-hole straps, etc but then one of the workers was like, I have an idea. He came back 30 seconds later for $15 put this on there. It doesn't match but it fits perfectly. Thanks everyone!

FYI: I called this 5x yesterday during business hours and it went to voice mail and then said "Voice box is full." :)

Now one but you and the rest of this board will ever know it wasn't OEM. It fits the yellow/black color scheme.

So you got an entirely new handle and not just a bracket to attach the original?

Hopefully they'll send you the whole new one they promised you. And if it's missing the same part you can get one at Ace and put the extra one on FB Marketplace.

Make a profit for their incompetence and lack of customer service and offset your frustration.

That’s correct. It cost me $15 but the original shovel was purchased on Amazon and they refunded me the money and let me keep it since it was missing a part so I was totally fine spending $15!
