All right, I am fed up with Mediacom and their constant raising of fees on internet and TV for no added services. I saw that Qwest has added Verizon to their packages of bundling with DirectTV.

Does anyone use the Qwest internet with DirectTV package and Verizon? Is it a good deal? Did you go directly to Qwest to sign up or through a 3rd Party dealer?

Just looking for some advice.

Thanks

I use Qwest phone bundled with internet and DirecTV, but no Verizon. You do sign up directly for Qwest and they send out the DirecTv guys to set you up. The pair that came to my house were real winners, but that's DirecTV's problem not Qwest. DTV came out and fixed it w/o charging me. I switched from Mediacom internet to Qwest, and I will say Qwest is decidedly slower, but tolerable. I'm still waiting for my neighborhood to get set up on the Fiber, at which point I'll switch to that.

That would be outstanding for me as I have both DirecTV and Verizon, but unfortunately I live in an area that isn't serviced by Qwest (bummer - means I'm stuck with Mediascam for my internet )

I have heard about this but not looked into it. I have Qwest bundled with Direct TV for my phone, internet, and tv.

I am not sure if there is an added discount with the Verizon bundled as well, or if it is just combining the billing so you get one less bill and Qwest basically sends the money to Verizon.

I had qwest and directv separate. Qwest asked if I wanted them to take over the Directv. There was a $5 discount, so heck yeah. I wonder if I would get an additional $5 discount if they took over Verizon.
