Problems with WHO HD on DirecTV?

Last week Thursday night, the DirecTV and OTA channels were not working at all. DirecTV had a message on the screen about knowing the channel was not working, the OTA channel just showed a "searching for singnal" message. Didn't last long, or at least didn't last long from when I noticed it.

KDSM had that message for awhile last night.

And watching part of the Cardinals/Vikings game was really jumpy.

Another reason having both OTA and a dish comes in handy.

We messed around with it over the weekend, and the non-HD broadcast seems to synch ok, so I'm guessing that the sound and video are travelling or being processed at different speeds. Hope they can get that sorted out!

I'm sure they are travelling at the same speeds. It's likely either an encoding problem or a processing problem/decoding problem.
