I tend to be a Target guy, but still am guilty of going to Wal Mart once in a while.

I buy all my food at Aldi's and Fareway.

I live in Altoona but work in Ames...ever since the new Wal-Mart opened in Ames I've only been the Altoona's Wal-Mart 3 or 4 times.

It's absolutely pathetic the things you see at the Altoona Wal-Mart.

I shop at the Altoona Walmart all the time, the only times I see anything too interesting is at 2 or 3 in the morning and I guess I expect to see it then.

I agree with you terryk. The hoops I have to jump through to distribute our product to Wal Mart is ridiculous. We have a whole section of warehouse reserved just for Wal Mart. If we run out of our own product, they deduct points from our overall score. Then we well not recieve the 'benifits' we normally would. In general they treat there suppliers like **** and there is nothing the suppliers can do about it because it is Wal Mart.

The supplier is not forced to deal with WalMart. Just stop being their supplier. The suppliers are trying to have it both ways. They like the amount of their goods WalMart sells, but don't like to play by WalMarts rules.

Bingo, if you don't want to supply walmart then don't.

buy anything from Wal Mart. If you knew how they treat their suppliers. What they really think about the customers, plus how they treat employees you would PUKE. Wal Mart is not a nice corporation.

Until someone comes up with a model that saves me money, I will shop there. So, have you spent extensive time at their suppliers, corporate headquarters, etc? If you haven't don't pass judgment.
