Pheasant Hatch

Any farmers out there seeing much for chicks yet? I know some areas have been hit pretty hard with flooding!

I know in eastern Iowa my BIL says there are tons of birds this year (Manchester area).

If there is cover, there are birds. I am fortunate enough to hunt a bunch of CRP with food plots, and boy there are birds in that stuff.

Haven't seen any chicks... but I haven't been out and about much lately either. Saw LOTS of hens while turkey hunting this spring though, so that's good.
