Wonder what the old timers would say about people paying these prices to park and watch an Iowa State football game.

Yeah, I get marking up donor spots but 4x for public is crazy. I got an extra last time they were here and sold it for $50.
People buying the public passes and then trying to sell for gain are better know as assh0les.

Not exactly sure.

Around $50, if on a ticketmaster is probably around cost. The final cost if you bought (my son did) was roughly 34 bucks. Think ticketmaster hits you 10-15 bucks probably so 50 is probably what you can expect if someone bought one and then other plans happened and they were trying to see it again.

There is a guy who has a vet med and general. He is trying to trade so he has two of the same. If vet med is more valuable, you might be able to do a swapsy and get a more valuable pass.
@RynoISU let's do this. PM me if you are still need to swap to get your group together

Bought my first new pick up in 1974 for $3600 & latest new one in March for $60,000. So let’s say 20x in 50 years. I remember paying $20 to park at ISU games where Reiman Gardens are today and thought it went straight to Earl Bruce. Take that times 20 so it doesn’t shock me. Paying HS QB recruits $Millions in NIL to play at Alabama or UT does cause me to pause.

I remember parking where Reiman Gardens is before there was a Reiman Gardens. It was free, we got to know the people directing traffic when you first entered the area. They warned us if there were rained out areas and how to avoid them. Twenty times 0 is still 0. :)

Lots of $5 parking a long time after the Bruce years. Stadium attendance was a little sparce then.
