How is that "hero ball"? The best player on a team taking 16 shots and not making a good % is hero ball? What if he was 8 of 16 and 6-12 from deep? Would that still have been hero ball? Dumbest ******* buzzword I've seen on an internet message board in awhile and I get around.

Playing hero ball is trying to put the team on your back and win it yourself. You can either be successful at it or you can fail at it. Paige failed last night, and he's been very successful with it in the past. Despite last night's off night, Paige is the best player in the country when it comes to getting it done in the clutch.

Exactly, so he's not trying to be a hero, he's trying to help his team. I doubt anyone on the team has a problem with it and that is the plan from the coach. Go watch "Teenwolf", that is hero ball.
