One stat that concerns me

I was just looking over the BIG XII stats and I found a one that really concerns me.

We are last in 3rd down conversions. They really need to start converting a lot more of those. It keeps the offense on the field longer which keeps the defense fresher and more energized toward the end of the game.

Very good point. Defenses are only going to get tougher.

We have struggled getting consistent yardage in the running game and hopefully Bass can help carry the load there.

It is not just the offense. We are ranked 93rd on offense converting % and 73rd and defense converting %. Had the chance to stop UNLV on 3rd and long in the second half, we don't do it and later that drive they score. It is something that is really hurting our team.
