On That Note: Faith

Welcome to another edition of “On That Note,” CF’s weekly music series, co-hosted by @MeanDean, @cyclones500 and myself.

Only a couple of days removed from Easter, so we’re doing a religion-themed topic this week. We seek songs with at least one of the following words, in the title or lyrics (NOT band names):

• Religion
• Faith
• Forms of pray (includes prayed, prayer, praying, but NOT “praise”)
• Words for a place of worship (e.g., church, chapel)
• Words designating an officiant (e.g., priest, pastor, minister)

CF’s moderation team gave us the green light for this topic, so we ask you to follow these additional requests:
1) Keep discussion specific to the songs.
2) Selections should come from non-spiritual genres, i.e., pop, rock, country, blues, et. al. … no traditional hymns.
