Sorry, forgot about that definition. How about if I say, it’s not my anniversary yet? That’s tomorrow.Well it is meteorological summer which is based on monthly average temps that make June, July and August the hottest months on average and not based on an astronomical phase that has no impact on actual weather.
This is ball soup weather.
Today I was working on water lines and a hose sprayed a bunch of water on me. I only noticed when it hit my shirt because my balls had already made a puddle.
I can take pictures tomorrow (I’m sure it will be similar) if it trips your trigger. This seems like a description of a low budget porn film. Right down to your balls making a puddle.

We've missed most of the rain this week in Indianola, but it's raining cats and dogs here too now. Should help my new grass patches.Unbelievable amount of rain coming down in Johnston right now. Full on monsoon. Gutters can't keep up.
Yeah, if anyone around Des Moines still feels the need to water their lawn, they've got a problem.Just over 1" in Waukee this AM. That puts us at 3" on the week and 4" on the month. Really glad I mowed last night, can't wait to do it again Saturday.
Can honestly say the watering ban isn't impacting me one bit - honestly think lawn is greener than it would be if I was running my irrigation.
Someone must be happy....1” rain last night gets me to 6” for the month of June.
