Sounds like Burl Carraway is a bit of an undersized lefty who sits in the upper 90's with a good curveball. Trackman realllllly likes his 4 seam fastball as you can see below. He's a pure reliever who some say could compete in a major league bullpen this year. Don't take that too literally but it's probably a good sign he can make his way through the system quickly. He has some control issues to clean up.
Jordan Nwogu is a physical specimen who moves exceptionally well at 6'3" 235 lbs and played centerfield at Michigan. He also was recruited by P5 schools as a defensive end out of high school. His best attributes are his raw power and speed. He probably projects more as a left fielder so the bat will have to play up. He was a career .334/.430/.545 hitter at Michigan with a bit of an odd swing. He will have to translate his bat and speed as well as continue to develop defensively.
Luke Little is a towering lefty at 6'8" and throws absolute gas. A JuCo product at just 19 years old his fastball sits 96-98 and touches triple digits with a developing slider and curveball. He projects as a reliever and will need to improve his command. He went viral this spring when he flashed a maximum velocity that hits 105 mph (vid below). His body is still developing and he will need to shore up his mechanics to be successful. His 4 seamer was also well liked by trackman.
Overall, I really like the philosophical shift we've seen over the last two drafts to prioritize velocity with early round pitching prospects. Ryan Jensen, Michael McAvene, Burl Carraway and Luke Little.
The constant usage of modern day StL and Chicago and post reno Wrigley while telling that story was just really poorly done. Bottom 10 30 for 30 without a doubt.
