I feel awful for the kids and I sincerely hope that they are taken away from her and given to families that can not only provide for their basic needs but also give them better lives that what they are facing now. On the other hand I sincerely hope that this woman chokes.

From the exerpts of her interview that I saw, it was pretty obvious that she oblivious to any wrong doing. What really upset me was when she said that she wanted to have lots of kids because she felt isolated as a child. I think that is incredibly selfish.
