Damn.....they want $260 each to install

I’m not sure who you talked to but that seems like a lot, even with an artificially inflated price of you supplying the terlets. At even 100 an hour plus a material markup.

Side note: Just so people here know, you’re not saving any money by buying your own materials. Most contractors will take a percentage of materials they buy but will also charge an even more inflated rate if you want to supply it yourself. Most people that buy themselves end up buying cheap and it’s usually either a PITA to install or it’s unfamiliar and takes longer.

I just had two installed in rentals within the last year. 250/toilet was the best I could find. Cost of trades have gone up significantly…

Not exactly sure.
Mine were 550 each. That was about 350 for the toilet, 50 for all the other stuff and 150 for install.

Buddy just had a $4,000 toilet installed. Heated seat, front wash, back wash and a dryer.
