Bump.
I finally had a chance to read Louise Thoresen's book, "It Gave Everybody Something To Do." Highly recommend it! And I leanred quite a bit about William Thoresen III in this book. I am thinking of using some free time at work to write a screenplay based on the book.
I am going to write up a detailed summary within the next week or so to post on here. This will include my reasons for believing that Thoresen could have been involved in the Zodiac killings, as well as evidence that points towards Thoresen as being the best suspect in the 1966 murder of Valerie Percy, whos father, Charles, was in the middle of a campaign where he was running for senator of Illinois. From what I have read, he was also a suspect in the grizzly 1957 murder of 15 year old Judith Mae Anderson, but I haven't even started to look into that yet.
In my "report," if that's what you want to call it, you will learn of a maniac who definately committed one murder, was suspected of others, hired hitmen on several occasions to kill his parents, his wife and a close friend of his, and had ties to a right wing anti-communist group that I personally believe were involved in the assassinations of JFK and Martin Luther King Jr.
Lots more to come soon!
