Just heard this on the radio, Wayne Morgan is going to be one of the guests on Cotlar tomorrow morning. I actually hope that I can catch some of that interview. It will be interesteing to hear what he has to say and see what Cotlar will ask him.

Sample interview...

Cotlar: So, what are you doing right now?
Morgan: Well, I'm still in Ames and have gotten involved in some businesses here, but I'm still looking to get back into coaching.
Cotlar: Are you still interested in getting back into coaching?

He'll probably talk about his gig with the Big Ten(11?) Network.

KXNO always seems to bring 4-5 Big 11 people in each week to pimp up their failed enterprise and remind people in central Iowa that Mediacom and TBTN are without an agreement.

He chose not to participate any longer and thus his account was deactivated.

I don't know where he went but last post he made was removed pretty quickly because he went off on me in some McCarney thread awhile back.

This will be a painful interview unless Wayne has taken some classes on how to do interviews. I remember Walters and Heft having to basically answer the questions for him on the post game interviews because he didn't give you much insight. It's SOOOOO much better listening to Mac on the drive home from Hilton now because you actually hear him take accountability for our mistakes and give you some real insight as to what goes on.

That could be rough to listen too! Wayne was never much for getting in depth with his comments when he was interviewed as a coach. Imagine how it could be when he doesn't know as much about the team as he did his own.

Will he talk about himself in third person like his interview after getting fired? Div 1 schools would be happy to have Wayne Morgan as a part of their program. Wayne Morgan, blah, blah, Wayne Morgan, blah, blah. It was so funny.

It will be good to hear Wayne...a class act and good man.
Not so sure about the class act part. Does anyone else remember the UNI game where he was screaming at Gmac in the post game interview?

Didn't McDermott tell him he was going to kick his a$$ during the game? That always makes me chuckle.

I always liked Wayne. He seems like a good guy. He has a tough situation at home with his kids, as I understand. So he and his wife deserve alot of respect.

But he was in WAY over his head as a head coach. And I'm very glad that with who we have now.
