Loved this:

On June 15, 2013, Morris arrived for his freshman year at Iowa State. He was 17 years old. He faced his first college test in short order, in a graduate-level course called “DeAndre Kane.”

Nice article. Best part at least one more year for him, I'm afraid that will probably be it though.

I like the note from the editor that got left in:

(Have to cut start to this sentence if you move the start of the graf down.)

I still think Monte needs to put some size on to leave early, but I bet he won't be here for his 4th year.

Great article. This year is going to be awesome but next year with Georges and Monte with their 3rd year together is going to be scary. Not to mention the people coming back and the people we add

I like the reference to him definitely coming back for his third year! Let's work on getting him to stay all 4!

Great article. Next year with Georges and Monte for their 3rd year together is going to make for some entertaining basketball.

Having Morris, Niang, McKay come back will be huge. Another huge factor is new and improved (hopefully) Custer, Thomas, Nader, Tsalmpouris, and Cooke.

Losing Dustin, Dejean-Jones, and Edozie will suck, but we gain Burton and Williams. And who knows....maybe we get Diallo or Monk.

Since Morris is really young, a third year won't hurt his draft status, I don't think. It'd be great to have him! That being said, my greater hope is that he earns himself a nice first round draft spot and we can watch him ball in the NBA.

lucky for us there is little correlation between college production and likelihood of being drafted in the nba.

even if monte continues to put up best in school history level numbers, i'm afraid he just might be too small (and maybe not quick or athletic enough) to be an nba player.

Monk is a junior. It would be really nice to get him to replace everyone we are losing at the end of next year.

That's the most interesting written ISU article this year so far, the writer really put in a lot of work beyond what's typical.

But he didn't even mention that Georges played against Nerlens Noel in high school

I bet Michigan and Michigan State feel pretty stupid right about now.

It's hard to imagine a team of Monte and a bunch of other Michigan recruits being a bubble team, although they do seem to be doing well since they got to B10 play.
