I am having a weird problem at work here and I'm struggling to find out the answer - We have an access database where we draw all of our reports from and my new manager cannot access it. I added her as an administrator on the file but when she opens it none of the reports populate any information for her. It's mind boggling.

Give this a try. Lots of good people to help.

Can your manager open the access file? If they can, but they can't run the queries or see the info, they may not have drivers/priveldges to access the information on certain servers.
