This is the guy I am most excited to see play next year. It will be fun to watch him develop. I am also excited about Jordan Railey and nobody is talking about him. If you look at ESPN Railey is actually rated higher than Ejim now and a lot of big west coast schools were trying to get in on him late. He could be a real surprise next year.

I think Railey had thrush which is a fungal infection typically in the mouth (although you can get it elsewhere).
Very common for babies and cleared up relatively easily with either Nystatin or Diflucan. If he lost 30lbs due to thrush then he must not have addressed it early enough.
