I'm a bit confused on this as well. On my digital receiver, I have the Big 10 network on channel 59 - no problem. But on my other TV's where I just run the cable directly into the tv I don't have a channel 59.
You will have to reprogram your TV to accept channel 59. If you just punch in 59 you will have it...
My problem is I have 59 on my digital receiver, I have it on my cable-tv tv, but not on my Digital DVR, doesn't even show up in the directory. I called Cust Serv last night, granted it was LATE so I don't blame them, but they just said they have no idea why it would do that... Need to call them today when they have the A team working...
FWIW, it said that last week for the EIU vs. FIU game I believe.Mediacom Connections 22's website says that ESPNEWS will be shown on channel 22 in Ames at 11:00 AM on Saturday.
Schedule - Mediacom Connections 22
Big Ten Network on Mediacom
Effective this weekend, the University of Iowa Hawkeye football games on the Big Ten Network can now be seen in Northwest Iowa. The Iowa State-Iowa game will be placed on the Mediacom Connections Channel. Any other Iowa game that would be seen on the BTN can be viewed on Channel 22 until the BTN channel is launched. This now means all of the Mediacom Iowa systems will be able to see University of Iowa football.

Type your zipcode here, it will tell you what channel the game is on in your area.
