Ah, this would be very true.I think his point was that hiding booze is a lot easier in Legacy's apartments than in a dorm room. Cabinets, closets, nooks & crannies galore in Legacy.
OK I know this is old news to everyone but I just heard about this now. My question is, if someone signed a lease for Legacy (through Campustown??) are they now essentially living through the University again? Again, sorry but I just saw this now and was pretty interested in that he heck was going on.

Looks like the university signed a lease with campustown to accommodate more demand for student housing. It looks like DOR is going to run it like a dorm in that it will have a hall director and a CA. Probably will be similar to Freddy in how it is run.
