Before I saw the topic location I thought maybe we had broken Self to where he no longer wanted to coach. 
Tons of VB talent very close to Lawrence. Just a matter of getting some of them to stay home.

Yep. Heading to KC this afternoon for a weekend volleyball tournament and they have some insanely good club teams.
Miss going to KC, St Louis and around the country for club tournaments. College ball is fun but hanging out with the other parents and players was a lot of fun. Fun times-

Yeah, that’s a great hire for them. He did graduate from Carthage College in Kenosha WI so some prior MW ties helped KU here. Entire coaching career was on the West Coast. And that renovated KU VB venue was likely a factor as well.
