I do like the historic/science research on the mascots.

I think this season's version was better than inaugural mascot bracket. Worth a listen at least in background.

Gator was EXTREMELY overvalued in this.

Although this a jag and caiman, a Tiger-over-Gator is within realm.

The absolute disrespect to take the gator into the water.... The jaguar isn't just better, he knows that he's better and wants the gator to know it too.

Gator was EXTREMELY overvalued in this.

Certainly there's danger, but if you can stay on land, the threat seems more avoidable. It's stealthy, but you almost have to "come to it." It isn't a silent-stalker ala big cat.

Not sure wear the bear species fit within that range. Do they have to feel threatened? (Not that I'd want a chance encounter with a Griz, no matter what).
