SEC already said they are playing in the fall, they will not play in the SPring due to most of the NFL draft comes from the SEC. Kids are not going to risk injuries right before the combine.
Arkansas already stated they are starting Fall camp on July 1st.
If students are on campus - they will be playing football this fall
